Winning bid: £50
Courvoisier is a cognac brand first created in the mid 19th century in the region of Charente in France. The business was then bought over by an English family who developed the identity of the cognac with its recognisable Josephine bottle and Napoleon's shadow as a logo. Courvoisier has changed owner and now belongs to Beam Suntory.
This famous XO contains long-aged eaux-de-vie from Grande & Petite Champagne and also Borderies which adds structure and depth.
