Boutique-y Whisky Co Blended Malt Batch #2 50cl

That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles Scotch single malt and grain whiskies from a variety of renowned distilleries. These whiskies are adorned with humorous puns presented in cultish comic-book style labels: the purpose is to tell the histories and stories of distilleries or prominent figures in the industry but in a new exciting way. It's not all fun and games though, as they were awarded World's Best Blended Whisky at the 2015 World Whisky Awards.

This was actually almost entirely distilled at one of Speyside's most legendary distilleries, though after distillation the whisky was "spooned" (this involves adding a touch of whisky from another distillery). The reason for doing this is to prevent other companies selling a famous distillery's whisky as single malt.

The comic book-style illustration on the bottle depicts a large crowd of whisky lovers worshiping a giant spoon - for the art of spooning the whisky allows bottlers to sell incredible spirits from incredible distilleries for just a fraction of the price they'd be if the name of the distillery was on the bottle.
