The Transcontinental Rum Line is a series from La Maison Du Whisky. Comprised of rums from different distilleries, that have been partially matured in their tropical homes before being shipped across the Atlantic Ocean for further maturation in Europe. While this may sound convoluted, it's actually very cost effective as it prevents the greedy tropical angels from getting quite such a monstrous share of the precious spirit.

Distilled in pot stills at the mythical HD Estate, this rum was aged in bourbon barrels for 3 years locally and an extra 3 years in Europe. This single cask #67 was finished 3 months in an ex-rum cask (Guyana). A unique expression for the Fine Spirits, Italy.
