The founder of Daddy Rack, J. Arthur Rackham, was a part of the alcohol industry for five decades before creating his own company, Tennessee Whiskey. This whiskey is made through The Lincoln County Process; filtering the spirit through maple charcoal staves which gives it the silky smoothness.
