Dallas Dhu is now a museum run by Historic Scotland who now showcase the distillery as a museum of Scotland's distilling past. This Cadenhead's was distilled in 1979 and bottled in May 2007 aged 27 years. One of 198 bottles from a bourbon hogshead. 70cl and 59.2%
