We're hurtling towards the festive season at a great rate of knots and we're proud to present yet another record-breaking auction, featuring more than 940 lots. One of the stars of the show is a Springbank 17 year old, bottle number 1 of 1, which has been specially drawn by Springbank for charity.Possibly the only time in its long and august history that Springbank have made a label stating 1 of 1.Potentially the rarest Springbank ever seen. Thanks to Ralfy of Ralfy.com for bringing it to auction. We have a second charity auction lot - a DVD of the fabulous Angels' Share, signed by director Ken Loach, to raise funds for the Accord Hospice.
Among the other highlights are a 40 year old Dalmore, the Bowmore Sherriff's with The Sailing label, and a brace of Ardbeg Provenance. We have the Port Ellen ranging from 1 to 11, the complete Against the Grain collection, a Balvenie Rose 1st release, and a very rare Balvenie Vintage Cask.
There's a 1962 Macallan and a Macallan Chairman's Release and a very scarce Cadenhead's Springbank 1965 Vintage. There's several soon to be discontinued Bell's Decanters which may soar in value (or maybe not), and as usual, we have hundreds of easy buying, easy drinking whiskies to suit all tastes and pockets.
We're sure there will be something for everyone in our 20th auction. Please join us.
