Mortlach 1991

Mortlach was the first distillery to be constructed in the whisky town of Dufftown.This is arguably the heartland of malt whisky production and an old adage states that” Rome was built on seven hills but Dufftown stands on seven stills”.

Produced by Berry Bros & Rudd for Boisedale, the London bar, restaurant and c gar club, it was distilled 1991 and bottled in 2008. 70cl and 46%. Limited edition of 675
