Glenfiddich Aftershave Bottle 95ml

This bottling is extremely rare and is actually Glenfiddich 'whisky', matured in some highly unusual oval casks, created as part of Glenfiddich’s Artist in Residence project by Stephanie Bourne.

The casks were filled over 6 years ago and matured in the Glenfiddich warehouses but the Scotch Whisky Association would not allow the spirit to be classed as a whisky, due to the unusual size and shape of the casks. The casks were designed to accelerate the maturation process by increasing the wood surface area ratio to the liquid inside the cask, as well as being unique works of art.

The 'whisky' which is six years old was bottled in extremely limited numbers an these perfume bottles and was never available for sale- so is a real collectors item.
