Employees of William Grant were again given a stunning bottle of whisky to celebrate the 110th birthday of Janet Sheed Roberts, who was born on August 13, 1901. She died in April 2012.

She was the matriarch of the Grant family, who own and run William Grant & Sons Ltd, one of the last independent whisky distillers in Scotland.

Janet, who was known as The Wee Ja to family and friends, was the last surviving granddaughter of William Grant, who founded Glenfiddich Distillery in 1886.

The whisky has been named Hazelwood (after the house where Janet lived) 110. Only 1600 bottles made, and only presented to Grants' employees.

It comes in a special white box, contains an envelope with 12 black and white pictures of Janet's life, a letter to employees with her life story and full details of the nosing and tasting details.

The fourth in a series of special bottlings to mark Janet's 100th, 105th, 107th and 110th birthdays.
