Dewars Old Pulteney Spring Cap Lid Half Bottle

A very rare and old bottle indeed! This is an Old Pulteney produced by Dewar's. John Dewar & Sons only owned 'Pulteney' Distillery between 1923 and 1925, so the whisky in this had to have been distilled around then (it was then sold to DCL and then closed in 1930 for 21 years). Around the bottle label it states By Appointment to the Late King George V, this would mean that this was bottled during the late 30's.
