Distilled 1990, bottled 2008 at 46%. 70cl bottle. The name comes from the small hill loch that forms the fulcrum between Loch Uigeadail and Charlie's Dam at Ardbeg Distillery. But you knew that ...
Airigh Nam Beist 1990 is a delicious vintage bottling from the ongoing success story that is Ardbeg. Sadly now discontinued due to exhausted stocks, 'the Beist' was an extremely popular Ardbeg, with assertive and powerful peatiness and a lovely honeyed edge, and it's pronounced 'Arry nam Baysht'.
