"The painting is inspired by the Valhalla series from Highland Park, representing Freya, Thor and Loki. Monique tries to capture 'the soul of the single malt', not only by building up the artwork in different layers (representing the palate and flavours of the whisky) but also by adding a dram of Freya!"
