This Swiss whisky has been triple-distilled and matured in Pinot Noir casks and has been bottled at 42%.Hollen distillery from Lauwil near Basel started distilling organic malt in 1999. The label says “Holle” (without the extra “n”); this means that the bottle is from before the distillery changed its name to Hollen some years ago.
