Located in the heart of Speyside, the original Benrinnes was destroyed by a flood in 1829. Determined not to let mother nature call the shots, the owners distillery was built within 6 years. Now owned by Diageo, Benrinnes mainly finds its way into Johnnie Walker.
This bottling of Benrinnes has been aptly released, at cask strength by, The Bottlers in Leith. An unadulterated sherry bomb, this bottling is a largely undiscovered gem of a dram.
