Kilchoman Feis Ile 2017 Anthony Wills Vatting Masterclass Minis 6 x 5cl

Kilchoman distillery was the first distillery to be built on Islay for 125 years and has garnered a sterling reputation in its short life span. With everything being carried out on site, from floor maltings, distilling and maturation to bottling, it is now one of the largest private employers on Islay.

These miniatures were used for a Masterclass in Vatting hosted by distillery founder Anthony Wills at the 2017 Feis Ile. Participants were given the opportunity to blend bourbon and sherry cask whiskies. These are samples of what makes up their core expressions Sanaig and Machir Bay.
