Elijah Craig
Elijah Craig is the man credited by Heaven Hill with improving Kentucky Bourbon after he used casks that had been damaged during a fire in this warehouse. These accidentally charred casks improved the flavour of the spirit and henceforth all Bourbon must now by aged in charred casks.

Buffalo Trace is a really classy bourbon from the eponymous distillery that has been responsible for some truly outstanding products in recent years, such as Rip Van Winkle, W.L. Weller, George T. Stagg and Blantons, to name a few.

Hancock's President's Reserve
This bourbon is produced at the Buffalo Trace Distillery. A single Barrel release, introduced by Elmer T. Lee, when he was distillery manager during the George T. Stagg days.
