Yamazaki Puncheon 2011 Release

Released as part of the annual Cask Collection from Yamazaki, this whisky has not been aged in the usual Hogshead or Sherry butt but in a Puncheon. This means that the wood has had less influence on the whisky, which allows a slower and more gentle maturation.
