Blending was in George Ballantine’s nature. He started with tea as a lad, but moved to malts later when he found the ambition that comes with one's own self belief.
In 1883, he could boast 20,000 gallons of blended stock in bond, so he began to allow malts to age. Over the years a more discerning flavour was born - one that would make an outstanding mixer.
Age: 18 years old
43% ABV / 75cl
Please examine the images of the bottle, any packaging and labels carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid.
