Lot number: 066-2607

Winning bid: £2,400

In 1826 the exuberant and extroverted James Allardice founded the distillery and produced his 'Guid GlenDronach' single malt. There was a period where the distillery was mothballed between 1996 and 2002. However in 2008, nothing less than a complete renaissance began. The BenRiach Distillery Company became GlenDronach's proud new owner.

Bearing the name of Charles Grant on the label this wonderful old bottle probably hails from the 1930s. Grant had purchased the distillery in the 1920s and owned the distillery until the 1960s when it was purchased by Teacher's.

70°degrees proof / there is no information as to bottle size.

Please note the wear & tear to the labels.

Please examine all images of the lot, any packaging and labels carefully and satisfy yourself as to their condition before making a bid.
