Gilbert Miclo Quetsch Liqueur

This is a bottling of quetsch liqueur from Gilbert Miclo. Quetsch is fermented plums. The barrels used for fermentation (2- 3 months) are not sealed tight, they are loose to let the fermentation gas breathe out. When the volume decreases it is then moved to another barrel.
