From Nagahama, this is one of Japan’s newest and smallest distilleries which doesn’t only produce single malt whisky but also blended whisky that has been purchased overseas and then aged in Nagahama’s climate. The AMAHAGAN from the blended malt series was created focusing on the “blend” due to this being one of the most fundamental processes in the whisky making process.
