Established in Saintonge since 1850, the Vallein Tercinier family produces exceptional Cognacs, Pineau des Charentes, and creates liqueurs, creams and cocktails.

Robin Tercinier arrived in Saintonge in 1480 and settled there with his family. Louis Vallein bought the Domaine des Forges in 1791. His son Napoleon divided the property between his two descendants. One of his two sons, Georges Vallein, created a commercial entity in 1850 and began selling bottled Cognac. Owner of the estate, distiller, and wine and spirits merchant, Georges then developed the House. He was succeeded by his son Paul Vallein, who remained single and bought the Camille Dupuis company around 1920, which created its own blends and offered bottled Cognac.
