Adnams Brewery, who are better known for brewing beer, has been around for over 150 years but didn’t start distilling whisky until 2010 when the Copper House Distillery opened, they were the first brewery in the UK that was legally allowed to install a distillery.
The Triple Malt Whisky is made with wheat, barley and oats. The wheat creates extra smoothness and the oats, creaminess. Ageing in new American oak barrels has created bold, strong flavours of coconut and chocolate.
