Allt-A-Bhainne 1997 24 Year Old Darach

Born out of the idea of creating a premium whisky brand, Darach, which is the Scottish Gaelic word for oak, was founded in 2018 by ex British Army Veteran William Woodburn who decided that the time was now to start building a brand and create waves within the Scotch Whisky world. Every single malt they release is cask strength and is not chill-filtered either, meaning all the goodness and characteristics are kept within the releases.
