Producing English whisky, Rye whisky, London gin and British Spirits, The London Distillery Company (TLDC) was founded in 2011 by investment expert Nick Taylor, and drinks entrepreneur Darren Rook. At the start of 2020, some of the company was purchased by the British Honey Company (BHC) after it went into administration. The British Honey Company founders then incorporated a new business and named it The London Distillery Company Ltd.
From the London Distillery Company, this 100% Warminster Rye has the distinction of being the first whisky distilled in the capital since the early 1900s.
