Braunstein 2008 Private Oloroso Cask 50cl

Denmark’s first micro-distillery that has been built in an already existing brewery in Køge, just south of Copenhagen. Around 40% of the barley that they use is ecologically grown in Denmark. A good part of the whisky is stored in peated ex-bourbon casks and unpeated first fill Oloroso casks.
