Beginning in 2007, WhistlePig began with the aim of creating the finest and most unique Rye whiskey that had ever been experienced. In collaboration with Dave Pickerell, an expert distiller, the initial venture of WhistlePig involved the purchase of 10 year old blending whisky in Canada, after realising that it was not being used to its full potential. Thus began WhistlePig with a determination to ensure the highest quality of unique Rye Whiskeys were distilled. As a result, Whistlepig won San Francisco spirits competition in 2015. With a dedicated farm, Whistlepig has the ideal setting for innovative ideas to be implanted at all stages of creation. There is 500 acres which provide all necessary raw materials and resources, ensuring the originality of WhistlePig goes beyond even the taste of the whiskey - the experience of its creation alone is unique.
