The first release from the Kyoto Distillery, Ki No Bi means “the beauty of the seasons” (nothing to do with Obi Wan, sorry Star Wars fans). This Japanese gin is made using rice spirit, and flavoured using locally sourced botanicals, including Gyokuro tea, bamboo leaves and Hinoki wood chips.
45.7% ABV / 70cl
