Yamazakura Kuyuri Peated Blend

Yamazakura is a Japanese whisky and comes from Sasanokawa shuzo, a spirits company recognised for its production of sake and shochu. The company was founded in 1765 and they got their license to produce whisky in 1946 but they do not release whiskies often. The whisky is mild and smooth in character and as a “Ji-Whisky” (one produced in a small distillery) is released in limited quantities.
