Cotswolds Founder’s Choice Batch #2 2018 Release

Nestled in the idyllic Cotswolds region of England, sits the eponymous distillery. They have been producing fine spirits since 2014, including Gin, Absinthe and cream liqueur. However, perhaps most significantly (for us at least) 2017 marked the release of their first whisky, finally having come of age after three years of maturation.
