North Star is an independent bottler of fine whiskies, rums and bourbons. Founded by Ian Croucher in 2016, the Glasgow based company produces small batch releases without chill filtration and usually at a healthy cask strength.
They are also currently building a new distillery in the heart of Campbeltown called Dal Riata.
