The Falkirk Distillery started production in October 2020 and is located amidst the historic surroundings of a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the heart of the lowland region.
Founder, George Stewart embarked upon bringing Scotch Whisky back to Falkirk and set out to achieve what he believes whisky is all about; people, place, family and the future.
Every inch of the distillery from the laying of the first stone, to the hand crafted copper pagodas and the traditional bonded warehouse has been built to try and respect and mirror the essence of the whisky. The distillery also uses the old mash tun and stills from the now demolished Caperdonich Distillery.
