This small-batch (Batch Bach) whisky was distilled in 2022 and bottled at cask strength in 2025 after maturing in a 30-litre cask. The smaller cask allows for greater interaction between spirit and wood, accelerating maturation and deepening colour and flavour. Bottling at cask strength preserves the whisky’s full intensity, aroma, and character.
In The Welsh Wind Distillery uses an advanced iStill system to craft its innovative Welsh whisky.
