Kanosuke 2019 The Heart Cut #21 For The Whisky Exchange 50cl

Based in Kagoshima, the Kanosuke distillery is run by Komasa Jyozo, one of the leading shochu makers in Kagoshima. Their claim to fame is a barrel-aged shochu called Mellowed Kozuru which was launched in 1957. The distillery opened and began distilling in late 2017 and is now producing bottles of its own whisky.
