The Morrison in the company name refers to one of the sons of the legendary Stanley P. Morrison, Brian. Morrison & MacKay try to run their company in a way that is least damaging to the environment with a particular focus on avoiding using unnecessary packaging.
The Carn Mor range, bottled by Morrison & MacKay - formerly known as the Scottish Liqueur Centre - comprises of single cask bottlings and is subdivided into the Strictly Limited (mostly bottled at 46%), Celebration of the Cask (bottled at cask strength), and Black Gold (heavily sherried) series.
