First founded in 2017, Global Whisky Limited are a Glasgow based independent bottler who specialise in small batch releases under their four whisky brands, these brands are The Red Cask Co, Concept 8, OLO & Auld Goonsy’s. They pride themselves on selecting the very best whisky for their bottling’s. All of their casks are sampled by a tasting panel of ex-distillery managers. Only when the spirit has passed rigorous tests, will it then be bottled.
Auld Goonsy is an old timer in the whisky industry who has a wealth of knowledge and experience. The main focus of the Auld Goonsy’s range is Single Cask bottlings, where a panel of ‘auld yins’ have selected the casks along with bottling them. Most of the casks are bottled at cask strength, a few of the casks are bottled at a strength that the panel feel is just right for that release.
