First marketed in the 1800’s by Spirits merchants Ross & Cameron of Iverness. They established the first trademark for “The Usquaebach” in 1887. The Usquaebach trademark was then passed along to William Grigor & Sons, an ambitious spirits trading company and owners of the famous Bowmore Distillery.
In 1969 Usquaebach Old-Rare was served at U. S. President Richard Nixon’s White House Inaugural Dinner.
Usquaebach ‘Old-Rare’ Blended Scotch Whisky consists of 41 carefully selected single malts from the Highlands aged up to 20 years and two of the Highlands’ finest grain whiskies.
