Named in honour of Nathan “Uncle Nearest” Green, a former slave who taught Jack Daniel how to distill his now world famous whiskey. He was the first African-American master distiller on record in the United States.
Hand made and double distilled which pays tribute to the craft employed by Uncle Nearest himself.
