Uisce Beatha is the Gaelic phrase that was first used to describe distilled alcohol, it roughly translates to ‘water of life’ and is pronounced as ‘ooshkie bayahah’. As Ooshkie was the first word in whisky, independent bottler Ooshkie believes it will be the first place for whisky explorers to begin their journey and passionate whisky lovers to find their favourite drams.
