The first official bottling of this distillery was in 1990, only three years before the first official bottling of anCnoc. The name change was by recent purchasers Inverhouse who were worried about confusion with another distillery (Knockando).
This 12 year old anCnoc (formerly Knockdhu) is a top-quality proponent of the non-sherried Speyside style. We estimate this was bottled circa late 1990’s.
