Highland Park 2003 22 Year Old Integrity Malts

Integrity Malts was founded in 2024 by two whisky enthusiasts united by a shared obsession with authenticity, flavour, and honesty in whisky making. The independent bottler only releases whisky that is non-chill filtered, bottled at natural cask strength, and without artificial colouring, allowing the true character of each cask and distillery to shine through.  Here are some tasting notes supplied by the guys at Integrity Malts:

Nose – A perfect balance between black pepper and orchard fruits.

Palate – Initially a sweet, jammy flavour of peach that leads to vibrant candied citrus, reminiscent of marmalade and panettone.

Finish – Starts as an explosion of dried fruits and Christmas spices rapidly shift into bright citrus with just a delicate hint of Orcadian peat.

Overview – An exceptional expression of balance. What starts with a rich heavy punch of stone fruit develops into an every so slight hint of peat smoke and caramel.
