Spirit Of Yorkshire Filey Bay Editions Duty Paid Sample

Plans for the distillery began in 2014 when Tom Mellor and David Thompson, the company directors, decided to make Yorkshire’s first ever Single Malt whisky distillery. The distillery, which was commissioned in 2016, is situated on two separate locations with one at Tom Mellor’s farm and the other being just down the road in Hunmanby. 

Spirit of Yorkshire takes pride in their ‘field to bottle’ production with 100% homegrown Yorkshire barley. The team behind Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery have been farming at Hunmanby Grange since 1945, and growing high quality malting barley for decades.
