Chartreuse is a French Liqueur comprised of a variety of herbs and plants distilled with alcohol. This concoction has been made by Carthusian monks since the early 18th century.
VEP, Vieillissement Exceptionnellement Prolongé (Exceptionally Long Aged), is the rarified, long-aged version, carefully selected by the monks each year and first produced in 1963.
