Dingle 2015 Single Cask For Celtic Whiskey Shop

An Irish whiskey triple distilled in the town of Dingle in the Southwest of Ireland as a product of its environment using local well water and manual mashing. The micro climate creates a unique maturation. The artisan distillery was a product of the ideas of Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley who are behind the Porterhouse Brewing Company, a pioneer in craft brewing in the Ireland in 1996.
