Originally founded by Paul Currie, the Lakes Distillery is situated in the Lake District (as the name would suggest) as part of a converted old Victorian cattle farm and it takes its inspiration from the stunning landscape that surrounds it. The technology and hardware are state-of-the-art but the methods are as traditional as always in what they call a “holistic whisky making” process.
This collection of whisky from The Lakes Distillery explores seven different types of sherry wine: Fino, Manzanillia, Amontadillo, Palo Cortado, Cream, PX and Oloroso.
