23rd Street Australian Single Malt

Located on the corner of 23rd Street in Renmark, South Australia, the site began its life making wine using the bountiful local fruits around them. However, due to years of droughts the winery fell into disrepair until it was fully restored in 2016 and reopened as a distillery. 

This third all-Australian whisky release, was wrought in copper and oak for a minimum of 3 years. With whispers of Kangaroo Island’s rippling barley fields, and the purifying heights of six-metre stills.
