Balcones Texas Classic Edition

Balcones distillery started its life as a welding shop under a bridge in Waco, Texas. The team hand crafted the stills and equipment using sheet metal, welding tools and hammers. From there, a Texan whisky legend was born! The awards have come thick and fast for them, with over 140 national and international awards in just over 8 years. They’ll proudly tell you; “we don’t just make whisky in Texas. We make Texas whisky.”
