Kingsbarns Distillery Reserve 2020 Release

Established in 2009, Kingsbarns is one of Scotland’s newer distilleries. Former golf caddie Douglas Clement initially tried to raise funds himself but the project was eventually bought out by Wemyss Distillery Ltd enabling the distillery, along with a visitor centre, to be opened in late 2014. Clement’s brainwave to introduce a new distillery close to Kingsbarns Golf Links - where he had previously worked - means that a local whisky is now available in this eastern point of Scotland and Clement remains at the distillery as director.
