Monkey 47 Dry Gin 50cl

Monkey 47 Gin is the brainchild of Black Forest Distillers, and is produced in the region of the same name (Schwarzwald, if you’re a local). They have an experimental approach, and are one of the highlights of a somewhat crowded gin market.
