Founded in 2018, Abbie Neilson and Chris Jaume decided to spend a few years travelling around Australia. It was here that they decided to learn about the process of whisky after a trip to Sullivans Cove in early 2014, a few months after the distillery won World’s Best Single Malt Whisky. After a few years of educating themselves on every aspect of distillation and starting a business from scratch, the two returned to England, along with a copper pot and some pretty special casks from Australia, ready to begin their journey.
